"Food is nice and their espresso coffee taste good. Service is OK except that condiments were not served with the meal, you need to ask for it at the counter. Atmosphere, the place is at the center of the city so expect nothing of serene, aircon temp needs to be monitored, itsa bit sweltering at 2pm. Overall nice food. We'll be back."

"We had our first dinner here during our visit. After attending Saturday mass at the church, just a few blocks away, we found this place to eat. The food was just nice and meals are served with just the right quantity. Nothing much special, just good to fill in our empty stomach. :)"

"There are several Biggs Diner currently in Legazpi City but this is one of the oldest. That is why this is memorable for us. Almost always we dine here whenever I am in Legazpi with fam. Another thing, just across the street is a little chinese store selling "variety of colors Puto Lanson" super yummy, you will forget your name..lol"

"A good food indeed! Ordered to go here and staffs are nice. Fast service. I really like their iced tea, been in a different restaurants and tried their iced tea but no one will compare to Biggs. Love their cordon blueu and cajun. Their soup and Goto is a must try. BBQ has great taste. The place is spacious and has 2nd floor dining. Has proper sanitation to their customers and the floor is always cleaned up. Great ambiance. Ang lakas ng aircon nila kaya plus points for me. Haha. Will definitely miss the food here when I go back to Manila."

"The food is freshly prepared, and the staff is friendly and service-oriented. The overall taste of the food was okay, but the cheeseburgers came in sweet buns with cocktail sauce, which might feel unusual for European tastes. While the tables were clean, the floor could have been tidier."

"As a tourist, I would love to see pictures of their menu but not all dishes have. Ordered platter kf fries, cheese and chicken pops. It tasted good and they offered free pineapple juice :) Place was comfortable."

"Something new to try when outside Manila and visiting Albay province. They have many branches throughout the province. I tried dining here years prior during my first visit to Albay and its menu is still almost the same. My favorite is their pricey Baby Back Ribs with rice. Price is worth the order. The ribs was cooked well, juicy, tasty and delicious. Staffs are warm and courteous in their Daraga branch. I see that one of them is patiently attending to an elderly which has difficulty in communication. Their place was big enough to accommodate many diners and well maintained cleanliness. My Rating: 4/5 Date of dining: January 27, 2025"
